电子表后端盖注射模设计
摘要:本毕业设计论文主要阐述了利用Pro/E,Auto CAD软件进行塑件的注射模设计。本塑件体积较小,形状不是很复杂,需批量生产。塑件形状不规则,故采用一模四腔非对称式布置。该塑件采用侧浇口浇注形式,单分型面进行分型。成型零件采用整体式,使加工工艺简化、可行。论文中还详细叙述了模具成型零件包括:镶件,动模板,定模板,导柱等的设计,重要工艺参数的选择与计算。同时,本设计在模具结构和其他动作原理方面作了较为详细的解释说明。最后结合模具的结构和标准零件的选用完成了整套模具的装配,对有关技术规范进行了全面校核,确保所设计的模具结构合理并能顺利的用于生产。51-论文-网-欢迎您

The design of the injective mold of The electronic watch back cover
Abstract:The software of Pro/E and Auto CAD was used to design the injective die for plastic production in this project.For the plastic part was smaller and shape was not very complicated, the die with four cavities was used to lay out in unsymmetrical position and also the made of rod-feed channel and sub-one-hour-face were used for this plastic part the whole mold for shaping parts were adopted to make them simple and feasible .what is more in during the design caladation and chosen for the shaping parts in cluding such us in laid parts moving templates gloid rod and so on..At the same time,Mechanism of movement and the constructure of modules were descripted in the expression of the project.Finally the integration of modules with the stardard parts desigined construction was completed set of components assembly.and the corresponding-technological for a compre hensive verication was criteriaed to ensure that the design is neasonability and feasibity.The designed idea was fitted for the development and tide for the designed die.
